Quirky? Yes. Offbeat? A little. Shy at first? Definitely. Phoebe is still adjusting to her surroundings, but underneath her bashful exterior is a delightfully sweet and soulful cat waiting to share her own version of “Smelly Cat” (except hers is probably more of a soft purrball hum). Like her namesake, Phoebe marches to her own beat - one slow, thoughtful pawstep at a time. With the right person to believe in her magic, Phoebe will flourish into the lovable weirdo we all know and adore. Could that special someone be you?
