My story

Cookie is a sweetheart! Her owner passed away and there was no family to care for her. She arrived to the shelter on 5/27. Cookie is 4 years old and weighs in at 77 pounds. She is so well behaved. She knows to sit, stay and lay down when asked. It is reported that she is good with children, dogs and cats. She is house trained. This beautiful girl checks a lot of boxes and has love to share with her new family. Ask for ID# 10340 Run 405. She is spayed and micro-chipped. She tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
