My story

Meet Gogi – Resilient, Joyful, and Always Ready to Play Gogi is a blue (gray) male domestic shorthair, born in early March 2025, with a joyful spirit and an adventurous heart. Despite a tough start to life, this little guy is bursting with energy and personality. Gogi came into rescue very sick, and as a result, he has ocular scarring that causes some impaired vision—but you’d never know it by watching him play. He sees well enough to run, wrestle, climb, and explore just like any other kitten. He’s living proof that a rough beginning doesn’t stop a happy ending. Gogi is super playful, loves to climb anything in sight, and is always up for a good wrestling match with his siblings. He gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and gentle children, and his positive, fearless attitude makes him a joy to be around. He’s also very affectionate and enjoys attention once he’s worn himself out with play. Gogi is being fostered with his siblings—Lingon, Mulberry, and Boysenberry—and would love to be adopted with one of them or into a home that already has a playful young cat. We offer a discounted adoption fee for pairs because kittens thrive with a companion. Growing up with another kitten helps them learn important social skills, keeps them active and mentally stimulated, and gives them constant comfort and companionship.
