My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue SHY BUT SWEET Meow, My name is Foxy Girl. My estimated date of birth is 5/11/2024. I can be a bit cautious and timid in new situations, but once I feel secure and comfortable, I am very sweet and affectionate. I was an wonderful momma who took great care of my babies, however that job is now complete. I am ready to start the next chapter of my life in a home of my very own. I am beginning to discover what toys are and love to play. I get along well with other cats and have done well with the dogs in my foster home. Due to being cautious in new surroundings, I am looking for a home with calm children only who will be respectful of me as I adjust to my new home. I would prefer a calmer home environment. I am currently in a foster home, but meetings with me can be easily arranged.Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
