Bella (Gma)

My story

Bella came to us through an owner surrender at IACS. Her family dropped her off along with her very ill brother, requesting that both be euthanized. Sadly, her brother was in significant pain and had to be let go—but Bella, while clearly heartbroken and in need of major dental work, was otherwise in good health. Since arriving in her foster home, Bella has been thriving. With nutritious food, love, and the companionship of other dogs, she’s started to come back to life. She adores meeting new people, enjoys going on walks, and loves curling up in her donut bed under a blanket. Bella is both house-trained and crate-trained. She has a gentle, spunky personality and enjoys playing with other dogs or simply sunbathing. While she does have some vision impairment in one eye, it doesn’t seem to slow her down at all. At her vet checkup, she had no heart issues and was otherwise in good shape for her age. Bella is enjoying her second chance at life and has so much love to give. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion with plenty of life and love left to share, Bella may be the perfect girl for you.
