My story

Meet Luna, a gentle giant with a heart full of love and a serious soft spot for lap time. With his big, cuddly frame and teddy bear charm, Luna is a snuggler at heart—once he’s had a few days to settle in and get to know you, he’ll be seeking out your lap, your hands, and your heart. He loves attention and will happily soak up every pet and scritch you’re willing to give. Luna is a sunshine chaser—his ideal day includes a cozy sunbeam and a comfy window perch where he can lounge and watch the world go by. He’s playful in bursts and particularly enjoys dangly wand toys and the occasional zoomie session (which is equal parts hilarious and adorable). He also enjoys a good game of tag with other cat in his foster home, taking turns chasing and being chased. Though Luna enjoys feline company, he’s not a fan of a busy, multi-cat household. He’d do best either as a solo kitty or with just one calm cat friend. He’s also a bit of a neat freak—his litter box must be kept spotless, and he’s sensitive to strong smells, which can stress him out. A calm, clean home will help him feel safe and at ease. Luna can be nervous in new environments and may be a little hissy during his adjustment period, but don’t let that fool you—he’s just decompressing in his own way. With a little patience and a lot of love, he’ll blossom into the affectionate, loving companion he truly is. A quiet home without young kids would suit him best, though he’d do well with older, respectful children. He’ll thrive with someone who’s home often and ready to shower him with the affection he craves. If you’re looking for a snuggly sidekick with a soft heart and soulful eyes, Luna is ready to find his forever sunbeam—right next to you.
