Iago

My story

Meet Iago! Iago came to us from San Diego Humane Society on May 31st. He is 10 years old and weighs 35 lbs. Iago is a super happy and friendly boy, who loves to be petted and cuddled. Although his vision is very limited, he walks well on leash and loves going on our weekly group hikes! A volunteer treated Iago to a full-day outing, which included fun at the park with her other dogs and relaxing time at home. Afterwards, she shared this rave review: "Iago is a gem! Although he can't see, he's incredibly smart and understands a lot of words, allowing him to navigate and get around just fine. He handles stairs, getting in and out of the car, and is fully potty trained. Iago was fine with all my dogs and my cats. He’d be equally happy as an adventure buddy or a couch potato.
