My story

PEARL`S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN WAIVEDADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Experienced, cat-savvy, inside only home with no children or other pets. PEARL IS DEAF and is a socialization work-in-progress. When overstimulated she is quick to swat with her claws without warning and therefore requires CAREFUL handling. Pearl is very active and needs LOTS of playtime to help burn off her inner `house tiger` energy. She doesn`t like to be held and only allows limited petting.Since moved to her private room, Pearl`s sassy behavior is improving with socialization.She loves playing with feather and wand toys which provide a safe distance from claws. She uses her litterbox, cardboard scratcher and enjoys bird watching on the tall cat tower. Shade is a must because her ears sunburn easily. Pearl is a very active, playful and curious adolescent kitty but can quickly switch to hissy/swatty when not handled carefully.
