COCONUT NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name:  Coconut        Best Guess for Breed:  Lab mix    Best Guess for Age:  2.5 years as of February 2025      SEX:   Male   Approximate Weight:  53 lbs   Gets Along With:    Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested if you have them.   Currently Living at:   DC area foster home.   Coconut is Looking For:   His forever home! This pretty awesome pup landed in the shelter due to no fault of his own and he's eager to once again have his own family, to love and be loved. He's ready to trot by his human on long sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. Making new pup pals along the way sounds great too. Quality kibble, a cushy dog bed and dog toys round out his wish list but you know what he wants most of all? To know where he belongs, to be a loyal companion for all his days.    What do you say? Is this Good Boy the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:   Coconut is doing great! He seems to enjoy being with other dogs and plays really well in the backyard with our neighbor's dogs. Coconut loves to greet his humans when we come home and will lay on the couch with us when watching TV. Overall, Coconut will be a great addition to his forever family! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
