My story

Archie is an angel, there's no other way to describe him! He is sweet, calm, gentle, and incredibly loving. Life unfortunately was not the kindest to him back, as he was found with a broken leg, a torn ear, and cancer. We've taken extra good care of him, nursed him back to health, and all he's looking for now is a safe place to call his own. He loves to lean in for cuddles and has super soft fur.  He has finished his chemotherapy treatments for his cancer and is on the mend - he came to us with a pretty gnarly broken front leg that causes him to limp. Our vets have determined that his broken leg had improperly healed, and does not seem to cause him any pain. Going for short strolls is best for him in comparison to long walks or being involved with a super active family due to this, in efforts to avoid putting any unncessary strain on his leg. He would do best in a home that is quiet and lowkey.  Thrive will provide approved financial medical coverage for anything needed to care for his leg along with his cancer, although both medical ailments have been treated and continue to be monitored by our veterinary team. Archie is being showered with love by his foster family, located in San Diego, California ##2356651##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Archie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
