My story

Bud is a tender-hearted boy who’s still learning that the world — and humans — can be kind. He may take some time to come out of his shell, but with a little patience and a lot of love, Bud reveals himself to be a gentle, affectionate companion. Bud thrives in a quiet, calm home where he can move at his own pace. He does best with someone who’s home often and willing to invest in building trust slowly. If you're the kind of person who understands that true connection takes time, Bud will reward you with his soft meows, sweet head bats when he's hungry, and those magical moments when he stretches out for tummy rubs or purrs through a gentle brushing session. While Bud tends to keep to himself, he enjoys engaging with other cats — especially his mom Rosella — and will perk up for a good wand toy session. His favorite napping spot is the cat tree or a sunny window perch, where he’ll happily receive a quiet visit from his human. Bud is looking for a special adopter with a peaceful home and a patient heart — someone who can see the beauty in a cat that blossoms slowly. If you’re ready to offer that safe, loving space, Bud just might become your most loyal and tender companion.  Prior to adoption, all cat are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. This cat is currently in a foster home.
