Jade Rose is still waiting... Jade Rose is our longest stay. She’s been here longer than any dog should ever have to wait. And yet, she is also the most loving dog we know. Every single one of us — staff, volunteers, visitors — we all love her. She squeals with joy when she sees her favorite people and leans in close, grateful for every gentle touch. This sweet senior girl is the definition of a loving companion — quiet, well-mannered, and happiest simply being near her people. She walks beautifully on leash, is completely housebroken, rides great in a car, and carries herself with a graceful calm. She asks for so little. A quiet home. A calm walk by your side (she never pulls, just happy to be near you). A soft toy to carry when her heart feels light. Jade Rose doesn’t need other pets. She doesn’t need a busy life. She just needs a gentle hand, a soft place to rest, a forever person to finally tell her she’s home, a person to love. And oh, how she will love you. Jade Rose is listed in the 10+ yr. age category, weighs 64 lbs., is spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested and vaccinated.
