My story

Meet Bigfoot2-Year-Old • Neutered Male • Domestic ShorthairBigfoot is a young, spirited cat with a big personality and an even bigger love for play. At 2 years old, he’s full of energy and always ready to chase toys, pounce on anything that moves, and explore his environment with confidence. He’s known for being an enthusiastic (and sometimes rough) player. Bigfoot can become overstimulated during active play or petting, and he may bite or scratch if not given appropriate outlets for his energy. Because of this, he’s looking for a cat-savvy adopter who understands feline behavior and can read his body language.Bigfoot will thrive in a home that provides him with plenty of interactive play, toys to keep him busy, and consistent structure. He’s not a lap cat—but he’s a fun and entertaining companion who will keep you on your toes and make you laugh with his bold, quirky personality.Due to his play style and past behavior, Bigfoot is not a match for homes with small children. We recommend a home with adults or teens (12+) and someone with experience managing independent or high-energy cats.Ideal Home:*Adults or teens (12+)*Cat-experienced adopter*No small children*Plenty of toys and enrichment*Patient and structured environmentBigfoot is looking for someone who appreciates a confident, complex cat with a playful streak. If you’re ready to meet a cat who knows what he wants and isn`t afraid to show it, Bigfoot might just be your perfect match.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bigfoot, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
