Information: Waylon was brought to the shelter back in May as a stray. He was adopted for a short time and then returned because he was more than the adopter could deal with. They stated that he was too energetic, tore things up and wasn't house broke. Here at the shelter he has shown to be a very high energy boy who would benefit from an active family with daily walks or runs to burn the energy. He would also benefit from some basic training and being kept in a kennel when he is left alone or you are not able to watch him. He is great with other dogs and seems to enjoy playing with them. Please keep in mind that Wayon has been in the shelter environment for several months now having to deal with daily stress. He is going to require some time to adjust into a new home and it may require some patience but please give him a chance as he is a great dog. The shelter provides a 5-day health guarantee for adopted animals. This includes health conditions not present or known about by the shelter at the of adoption, which adopter becomes aware of within 5 days. Injuries or accidents that occur at the adopter's home are not covered. The shelter is not responsible for incurred costs from local veterinarians due to non-compliance. ALL adoptions are final! Animals can be returned to the shelter for any reason, however, there are NO refunds or exchanges.
