My story

Cherokee came to us in May as an owner surrender and is now ready for a fresh start with a loving family. He’s a high-energy, playful pup who loves to run and play ball. Cherokee is also friendly with people and good with both dogs and cats. He knows basic commands like sit, stay, and paw, and is eager to keep learning. Cherokee gets very excited when meeting other dogs and can become vocal, but he is working hard on improving his manners. He appears to be housebroken and is looking for an active, understanding home that can give him the training, exercise, and attention he needs. Cherokee is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and monthly preventatives. Come visit this sweet boy at the shelter!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cherokee, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
