My story

Archie is a devastatingly handsome, 70lb, mahogany fawn boxer estimated to be between 2-4 years old. He is housebroken, super sweet and looooves to cuddle. Archie walks well on a leash when there is no distractions, is currently in a socialization training program and will graduate June 6th. Because he never got the love and training he needed in his previous life, Archie has a few bad habits that is he diligently working on. He tends to pull on the leash when distracted, jumps on new people when he's excited to say hello, and has some separation anxiety (but is learning to settle himself down). Due to his large size and energetic personality we think he would do best in an adult-only home or a home with older children. A home with a large fenced yard would also be preferable as he loves romping around outside or just relaxing in the grass. The adoption fee for Archie the Boxer is $550. He is fixed, vaccinated, up to date on preventatives and microchipped. If you are viewing on Petfinder and cannot see photos or would like to apply for this dog please visit our website, www.frecklesfoundation.org. Dogs are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives. Freckles Foundation & Animal Rescue cannot guarantee the exact age or breed of any animal in our care. The age and breed listed are based on information we may have been provided, and the appearance of the animal.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Archie the Boxer, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
