He seems like an old soul. His ears do stand up as you can see in the first two pictures, but he can rotate which year he flops when he wants to. I think it’s so adorable. I’m sure he won’t be able to put them down much longer. As a mature as they will set, but he’s still a puppy and it’s cute for now.Today May 30 of 2025 he weighs 4 pounds. He is expected to get up to about 7 pounds When full-grown. He’s doing Great using puppy pads.  He is currently in Harrison Arkansas that could be transported to your location via the rescue network transport. Please do not inquire through Facebook.
