My story
Meet Squirrely Dan! This 5-month-old bundle of energy has come a long way. Rescued from a tough start in life, Squirrely Dan arrived at the shelter sick and in need of care. Thanks to our amazing medical team and a loving foster home, he’s now healthy, playful, and ready for his forever family. Squirrely Dan may not love being picked up, but he does love to play! Whether it’s chasing toys or exploring new spaces, he’s always on the move. He’d thrive in a patient home where he can build trust at his own pace and continue growing into the sweet, confident cat he’s meant to be. To meet Squirrely Dan, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
