Introducing Tippy Tappy Tony Romoooooo!!!! This boy gets the nickname tippy tappy because when he plays, his legs start to do a tippy tappy dance around his friends, LOL. He is the cutest little bub of a pup and has an infectious, joyful personality! Tony is one dog that you aren’t going to want to skip out on! We believe Tony is a shepherd mix who is about one and half years old, weighing in at approximately 45 pounds. He is a petite boy. A tiny toot. A cutie bean. He is a pocket sized shep shep who you can’t resist but squeeze! Due to him being a rescue, age and breed cannot be guaranteed. But that’s the best part about rescue, you get a mystery Texas prize of a pooch! Watch Tony show off his moves here: https://youtu.be/V8her7dhIEA Tony is one of those dogs you can’t help but laugh at! He is quite the comical little guy. When he was playing in the living room with other puppy friends, his tap tap dance was on point and he just wanted everyone to join in! Tony is a dog friendly guy who would do great in a home with a medium energy pup who also can acknowledge when it’s time to rest! Another perk about Tony? He loves kids! When he met our friend Kobe (4), he couldn't help but dance with excitement at the introduction of a small human to play with! He just wanted to cuddle, but was also so happy that kept forgetting that cuddles require sitting still, lol! Tony lovessss toys and treats and would do well in a home with kids 3 and up to play the day away with. Tony is an affectionate guy! He just wants to share his love for life and joy with everyone he meets, including kitties! But the thing is, he comes off a little strong to the feline friends. They don’t appreciate his love language. Because of this, it is best if Tony lives in a home that does not have cats in it. Tippy Tappy Tony is a petite man. Butttt his happy feet make it difficult for him to thrive in an apartment lifestyle. He would do best in a home with a yard for him to dance and prance and play in! I loved getting to know Tony! He is such an expressive lover boy and made my happy levels go up 100 points! He has the perfect cuddle proportions due to his smaller size and will happily extend cuddles to all that ask. He would make a great hiking partner! I can even see him having his own TikTok full of highlights from his adventure days. Does Tony sound like your perfect match? We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!
