My story

Meet Jenny – A Sweet Explorer with a Heart Full of Love! Jenny was rescued from a neglect situation in Korea, where she lived with her siblings in poor conditions. As she grew, she became the target of bullying by her littermates and was finally rescued to safety. Now this gentle, curious girl is ready to find a family who will love her unconditionally. ❤ Age: 5 months (Estimated) ❤ Gender: Female ❤ Weight: 30 lbs ❤ Breed: Jindo Mix ❤ Color: Beige ❤ Health: Healthy, spay scheduled ✅ Personality & Behavior ✔ Friendly with Women: A bit shy at first, but warms up beautifully ✔ Friendly with Men: Same as with women – needs a little time but bonds well ✔ Kid-Friendly: Generally uninterested, but gentle ✔ Dog-Friendly: Cautious at first, but becomes playful with familiar dogs ✔ Cat-Friendly: Curious and friendly – wants to engage but may be a bit too eager ✔ Aggression: None ✔ Energy Level: Medium-High – playful and lively when comfortable ✔ Handling: Loves affection – enjoys being hugged and comforted ✔ Barking: Responds to doorbells or digital sounds (TV doorbell, etc.) ✔ Escape Tendencies: Can startle on walks – caution advised until fully adjusted ✅ Training & Habits ✔ House Training: In progress – practicing both indoor and outdoor; may submissively urinate when overly excited ✔ Crate Training: Slowly in progress – still getting used to it ✔ Leash Walking: Practicing – not fully confident yet ✔ Leash Reactivity: None – just cautious of new sounds and places ✔ Rides Well in Car: Yes. ✅ Ideal Home Jenny would love a home with a yard to explore, though she can also thrive in an apartment with regular exercise and stimulation. She could be an only dog or live with another friendly pup, as long as proper introductions are made. Her future family should be patient and supportive as she continues to grow in confidence. Jenny is a gentle, affectionate puppy with so much potential. She’s overcoming a rough start and now deserves a life filled with love, care, and joyful play.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt JENNY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
