My story

Meet Nala Rose Nala is an 8-month-old gem who was found as a stray in Detroit and spent a month in the shelter before coming into foster care. Immediately when picked up by her foster family she melted into their arms as a thank you:) She’s respectful, kind, and has been so easy to love. She’s potty trained, quick to go outside, and walks great on a leash—though she’ll try to sneak a wood chip if she can. She doesn’t bark and has gotten along seamlessly with her two picky pug foster siblings. Nala was timid at first and needed about a week to learn stairs, but now she’s full of playful energy and her sweet cuddles remain. She’s the ultimate cuddle bug and just a really good girl looking for someone to love her forever.
