My story

Moose is a 5.5-month-old Anatolian Shepherd with a heart as big as his paws! This sweet, affectionate boy is the full package—gentle, goofy, and incredibly endearing. At 60 to 70 pounds, he’s already well on his way to becoming a true gentle giant, and he’s winning hearts every step of the way. Moose adores people and dogs alike. He’s currently in foster care with two large adult dogs (one male, one female) who are showing him the ropes. Thanks to his canine mentors and a foster family dedicated to training, Moose is building a solid foundation of good manners and social skills. Recently Moose's foster dad was not feeling well and Moose was quite intuitive. He quickly snuggled up with his foster dad, giving him some extra love and affection. This big-hearted boy thrives on companionship—whether it’s earning praise from his people, playing with dog friends, or learning new tricks. His friendly, easygoing personality makes him a joy to be around, and he’s eager to please and quick to learn. Moose will do best in a home with another dog but could also be ok solo in the right circumstances. Come meet Moose - you’ll have a loyal, loving companion who’s truly one of  a kind.  We expect that Moose might weigh around 150 pounds as an adult. If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $300 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2413175##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Moose, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
