My story

Jaban is a 3-month-old female Jindo/Terrier mix. She weighs 7 kg and stands 36 cm tall. She is extremely affectionate and approaches not only familiar people but also strangers, rubbing against them and allowing easy petting. She readily shows her belly to new people, can be picked up easily, and even asks to be cuddled. She gets along very well with children under 13 and likes everyone regardless of gender, always wagging her tail and approaching with a smile. When a person is nearby, she loves to snuggle into their lap and sleep. Jaban also approaches and greets unfamiliar dogs, and enjoys playing with her peers. She tends to be more submissive when playing with other dogs of similar size or smaller. She feels overwhelmed by high-energy dogs and run away if another dog is too rough. Although she hasn't been tested with cats, she seems like she could get along well with them. Cat Testing can be arranged. Her energy level is moderate; she enjoys outdoor activities but is content to rest quietly afterward. She is currently in a stage where she sleeps a lot. She has not had any outdoor walking experience yet. Jaban does not guard food with people or other dogs, and she does not show separation anxiety toward humans. However, she may whimper slightly if her brother, Haeon is not visible but will fall asleep afterwards. She has rarely barked so far, but may bark occasionally when playing with friends. She is calm in a kennel but experiences motion sickness and is afraid to get in the car, so she needs to be carried. She currently uses indoor pads for bathroom needs and also goes outside.   Kongi, her mother, gave birth to her and her brother-Haeon while tied with a short leash outside. Send in your application today through our website   https://adoptmekoreanrescue.org/adoption-application/You can also see her post on our Facebook(Link to Post) or Instagram(Link to Post) She can arrive at Vancouver or Toronto airport and may be able to arrive at some US airports (Seattle, LA, NY, Boston etc) where we have flight volunteers. If interested, please contact us. ##2413329##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jaban, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
