My story

Hi, I&#39m Warlord! Don&#39t let the name fool you though! I&#39m more of a softie than a soldier. I am a mostly white male with grey spots and grey tail, and I was born approximately 3/15/21. I spent some time living as a stray in Roswell, NM before I was rescued in 2023 by the kind folks at Wild Blue Cats. I found a loving home shortly after, but recently returned to the rescue because I just wasn&#39t comfortable living with the other cats and dogs in the home; it was all a bit too much for me. That said, I&#39m not against sharing space with other mellow kitties however there are times when I prefer to have my own space. I do just fine with my current kitty roomies here. I&#39m pretty good at reading the room and giving myself some space when I need it, so a home that gives all us kitties areas to spread out would be ideal. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once you start in with those head and cheek rubs, well, I become a puddle of purrs. I&#39ll even bake you a fresh batch of biscuits while I soak up all that love. I really enjoy wand toys too, especially when you make them slither like a snake across the floor. And if you&#39ve got soft treats? We&#39re already best friends. I&#39ll happily curl up next to you or hop into your lap when it&#39s time to relax. I&#39ll even let you hold me for a little while, as long as it&#39s gentle and calm. Because of my past, I&#39d do best in a quieter home without young kids or dogs. I might be okay with another calm, respectful cat, just be sure to follow Wild Blue&#39s slow introduction process to help me feel safe and comfortable.
