He weighs 30 pounds but he’s pretty small. Our best guess is his West Highland terrier and schnauzer mix.  Scrappy is cotton soft, white with red spots, so he’s kind of a red merle. He’s recently been groomed. Super friendly happy guy good on car rides. scrappy is deaf, so he comes to hand motions. He comes quiy when he sees you want to pet him. He’s currently located in Harrison Arkansas. He is listed through the animal shelter network and will be brought to you via the rescue network transport.
