My story

Abigail is an older kitten with a tender heart and a quiet spirit. Born as a stray and brought to the shelter with her sister Amelia, she’s just beginning to learn that people can be kind and homes can be safe. While she may be shy at first, Abigail has already made great progress since arriving at the shelter. She’s slowly learning to trust and has shown us that beneath her cautious exterior is a sweet, curious girl waiting to shine. She’ll need a patient and understanding adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to come out of her shell. Once she feels safe, she shows her gentle nature and her love for cozy spots and soft company. We believe Abigail will continue to blossom in a calm, loving home—especially one with her sister or another friendly, confident cat to show her the ropes.
