Meet Jackie 🐶🫶🐾 Jackie is an adorable 11-year-old Rat Terrier mix with a tiny frame and an even bigger heart. After his beloved owner passed away and no family came forward, Jackie was left alone at the shelter, waiting and hoping for someone to come for him. 🐕Despite everything he’s been through, Jackie remains a spirited little guy full of charm and character. He’s definitely an entertainer, as his photos will tell you—always ready to strike a pose or show off his quirky side. ❤️Jackie did test positive for heartworm, and due to his age, he isn’t a candidate for the fast-kill treatment. But what he is a perfect candidate for is a quiet, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years in peace and comfort. This sweet senior deserves more than a kennel—he deserves a family. A lap to curl up in. A hand to scratch behind his ears. A home to call his own. Will you be the one to give Jackie the second chance he’s been waiting for?
