My story

Meet Peaches, a resilient and loving husky mix with a heart full of joy and a smile that never fades! At 48 pounds of pure sweetness, Peaches has already overcome so much. She was facing euthanasia at the shelter due to a torn cruciate tendon, but thanks to our rescue, she received the surgery she needed and has been recovering beautifully in a loving foster home. Now, shes ready to find her forever family! Peaches is house trained and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. Shes currently living with another friendly dog and two children (ages 6 and 8), and she absolutely adores being part of family life. She gently watches the kids play, happily accepts belly rubs, and loves being close to her people. Shes incredibly sweet, takes treats with the softest mouth, and always looks like shes smiling. Peaches has a gentle heart, and a loving nature that makes her a joy to have around. Unlike many huskies, Peaches has a relaxed and mellow nature when at home. She is also happy to accompany her favorite people to dog-friendly restaurants, cafs, or patios where she can quietly lounge and soak up the atmosphere. Due to her healing leg, shes currently limited to shorter walks, but she still enjoys outings and being part of the action in a low-key way. This special girl is ready for her second chance.
