🥇 Meet the Olympic Medalist Swimmer Litter! 🏊🏻‍♀️ This adorable crew is named after legendary Olympic swimmers—and for good reason! Their mama, Dara (inspired by the incredible Dara Torres), was brought into a local shelter just days before giving birth on April 1st. Now she’s raising three little champions of her own! The team includes: • Soni – named after breaststroke queen Rebecca Soni • Katie – honoring freestyle powerhouse Katie Ledecky • Phelps – our only boy, named after the one and only Michael Phelps We chose this theme after discovering that one of our girls, little Soni, was born with swimmer’s syndrome—a condition where the hind legs splay out to the sides, making it hard to walk. The good news? Soni’s condition has completely corrected! She now runs, jumps, and climbs the same as her siblings! Named after Olympic swimmer Katie Ledecky, this sleek black kitten is full of determination, energy, and heart. Katie may be tiny now, but she’s already making big waves with her playful spirit and fearless personality! Whether she’s racing across the room or snuggling up after a busy day, Katie is ready to win the gold in love and loyalty. Come meet this champion-in-the-making and let her swim right into your heart! 💛 These tiny athletes (and their amazing mom) are ready to dive into their forever homes! She would love to find a home with one of her siblings or with another young kitty around. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.
