My story

DOB: 4/15/2024 Calypso—named for the nymph of sea and song—moves through the adoption center like a whispered legend, her soft dilute calico fur shimmering like seafoam in twilight. Once the queen of a hidden island (or perhaps just the coziest windowsill in her last home), Calypso was left behind when her mortal companions vanished—perhaps claimed by the tides of fate. Now she waits, quiet and mysterious, with eyes full of ancient wisdom and the kind of patience only a goddess-turned-cat could possess. She may not hold you captive for seven years, but once she curls around your feet and hums her gentle purr-spell, you’ll be forever enchanted.
