Are you looking for some light, sun and fun in your life? Are you looking for your own personal Greek God? Then look no further than our little dear-heart Apollo! True to his name, you will want to treat him like a god because, well, please – look at the soft, sweet, creamy vanilla Spaniel fur! A ray of sunshine on four legs, little Apollo lights up every room he walks into, with his energetic, fun presence! At 8 years of age, Apollo has thus far proven himself to be the loveliest of gentlemen. He’s very well-mannered and very treat motivated (let’s face it – we ALL love treats), has personality for days, and may prove to be your favorite companion for fun walks around town, at the beach or exploring sun-kissed trails. With the sweetest face and the nicest demeanor, be prepared for the loads of attention you’ll get, when strolling about with THIS wonderful, dandy dude! Come on into Muttville, and say a sunny “hello” to Apollo! Here's some notes from his foster: He may technically be a senior mutt, but age is just a number, and Apollo has the spirit and energy of a much younger dog. Cancel your trainer and adopt Apollo! He will keep you moving and motivated on 3 - 4 mile walks, and your arms will get a workout from regular fetch sessions. Apollo can handle stairs with ease, and after a few days of adjusting to his new environment, he hasn't had any potty training issues. Apollo has a healthy appetite and is very treat-motivated. With regular exercise, play, and puzzle games, Apollo is also a great couch companion, and will snuggle up while you watch TV. This is a great time for belly rubs, another one of Apollo's favorite activities.
