My story

Meet Carl, Your New Best Friend!Carl is a 7-year-old, 12-pound bundle of love who’s ready to melt your heart. This gentle soul was found in a parking lot with his brother Ian, and despite a rough start, he’s full of affection and joy. Carl adores going on walks and loves to finish them off with a happy little run. He’s a pro at cuddling, enjoys car rides, and never says no to a cozy nap by your side. One of his favorite things? Belly rubs! Give him a good one, and he’ll happily fall asleep in your arms. He’s great with other dogs and has a calm, sweet temperament that makes him a perfect companion for just about anyone. Carl recently visited the vet and was diagnosed with heartworm, but don’t worry it’s already being treated, and he’ll continue receiving full medical care through our shelter.
