Meet me at PawSafe, 348 Old Colony Rd, Eastford CT Rugar is a 6-month-old, 37lb, shepherd mix with one dazzling blue eye and one brown eye. This happy-go-lucky pup was surrendered to a shelter in Georgia for doing what puppies do best—playing! Rugar is friendly, affectionate, and adores everyone he meets. His puppy enthusiasm might have been “too much” for his previous home, but that just means he’s waiting for someone who loves puppy energy as much as he does! Once tired, he'll happily curl next you to on the couch. He’d thrive with an active family or a furry friend who’s ready to match his love for adventure, fun, and cuddles. Whether it’s chasing a ball, making new friends, or simply being your goofy, tail-wagging shadow, Rugar is ready to find commitment. Rugar is waiting for you! 🐾
