Submit your application here: www.passportanimalrescue.org/app Scampi found himself on the streets fending for himself when a good samaritan found him and took him to the local public shelter. He's a chatty guy. The vet believes him to have decreased vision. For this reason we would recommend a calmer, stable home without small children and with patience to allow him to learn the layout and settle in. All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip. We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.
