With his dashing black-and-white coat and gentle eyes, King lives up to his name—not because he rules with power, but because he reigns with affection. King was born with a condition called megaesophagus, which means he needs a little extra care during mealtime. He can’t eat dry or chunky food, but he can be syringe-fed liquid meals or offered soft slurries—as long as he’s held upright for 15–20 minutes after eating to let gravity do the rest. The beautiful part? He loves that post-meal cuddle time. It’s his favorite moment to rest his head against your chest and purr away like the grateful little king he is. Despite his special needs, King is still a kitten through and through—playful, curious, and full of life. Wand toys, soft balls, and your shoelaces are all fair game. He doesn’t let anything slow him down. King is looking for a dedicated, loving human who will see him not as a burden, but as the extraordinary soul he is.
