Mildred

My story

Meet Mildred! This petite lady was transferred to us from another shelter, so unfortunately we don`t have much history, other than she was originally in a hoarding situation. Because of this, Mildred can be quite skittish and fearful of new people and new things, but we are starting to see her warm up some if you go at her pace. Because of her past, we will require that kids in the home are 10 years or older, as well as require that all residents come to meet her. Since Mildred is used to interacting with other dogs more than people, we do require that you have another dog in the home to show her the ropes of being a canine companion! We would like your dog to meet Mildred before adoption though, just to make sure they get along. Also, please keep in mind that Mildred is still a puppy, so she will need help with potty training, crate training, socialization, etc, but our friends at Goodpup are more than happy to help!
