My story

Hunny is a 3-year-old American Bully/French Bulldog mix with a story that speaks to her strength and spirit. She came to Sky Sanctuary Rescue after suffering a severe electrocution injury to her mouth—an emergency that could have broken even the strongest soul. But not Hunny. Through every moment of recovery, she remained gentle, trusting, and full of life. Today, she’s fully healed and thriving. Hunny has completed a 5-week board and train program and is currently living with a training-focused foster, continuing to reinforce her skills in a supportive, structured environment. She’s done an incredible job and is eager to keep learning with a family of her own. Hunny also has valley fever, a common condition in Arizona that’s easily managed with daily medication. It doesn’t slow her down one bit—she’s full of energy, always on the move, and keeps her foster family laughing with her goofy personality. Whether she’s zooming around the yard or making funny faces for attention, she brings a bright, playful energy wherever she goes. She’s spayed, fully vetted, microchipped, and more than ready for her next chapter. If you’re looking for a smart, resilient dog with a big personality and even bigger heart, Hunny might be your perfect match. Apply to meet her at skysanctuaryrescue.org/applications and we will follow up to answer any questions you may have.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Hunny, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
