My story

Say hello to Be Mine, a sweet senior lady with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure on her daily walks. She’s gentle, kind, and has a special talent for making friends, whether it’s a playful pup at the park or a quiet cuddle buddy at home. Be Mine’s favorite thing in the world? Meeting new friends and soaking up all the belly rubs she can get. Despite her graceful age, she’s got a youthful spirit and endless patience for slow strolls, soft pats, and quiet moments together. She’s the perfect mix of calm and sweet, a true gentle soul who’s ready to be your loyal companion and best friend. If you want a furry Valentine who’s always ready to say “Be Mine,” look no further, she’s already waiting to steal your heart! Here's some notes from her foster: Be Mine is a gentle lady with good manners. you can tell she's been loved! She's extremely friendly to strangers, dogs & humans. We have seen no reactivity to dogs. This lady is also house trained (0 accidents!) She not vocal, hasn't barked once at home or when we go on walks. Be Mine walks well on leash, doesn't pull. She is good in car rides, sits quietly. She has a healthy appetite, finishes all her food and is treat motivated. Her hind legs seem to be a little weak and stiff, especially her back left (when facing her). Because of this she should not be climbing stairs or big hills. Be Mine will happily rest in her dog bed and keep you company while you're working from home. She enjoys a walk around a couple of blocks, she even has a little trot. She does need to rest after her walks so she's probably not a fit for a multi-mile adventure. At the end of the day she likes to curl up on the couch (she may need a boost on the couch ;) ) next to her human and softly snore.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Be Mine 10481, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
