My story

Clementine is a 7 year old, 14 pound Norwich Terrier Mix. She is a spry and loving girl. She is fostered in Cascadia, about one hour from Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, and Sisters. About 2 hours from Portland and Newport. Clem loves exploring the yard, going on walks and snoozing near or on her favorite lap, or on her own.. She is a tail wagging, equal opportunity female and male human lover. She has very good off leash recall. Clementine will do best in a home that does not have many visitors. She fears the movement of feet of visitors to her home, and needs to be crated, behind a baby gate or otherwise contained around guests. For this reason, Clementine is available to the right home for a donation to rescue. Clementine is housetrained, walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car. Clem is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, de-wormed and on flea/tick prevention. She has had a recent dental so her teeth are shiny and none were lost.. Her adoption fee is a donation in the amount of your choice to the rescue. Clementine would love life best in a low traffic home. She has spent long periods of time alone in her past and would like to be with her people a lot of the time, though she does fine alone at home. She would do well with one or two confident and easygoing small dogs or as the only apple of her parent's eye She quickly adjusts to being in a new home and being friendly and affectionate in a new home. Clementine will do well in a low traffic quieter home. She has not been around children or cats. She has done well with other dogs. A great home for Clementine and her must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home with a securely fenced yard or a home with property where she is taught to come in when called. She has great recall and loves to run around. She is not an apartment dog. s 2. Adopters who treat pets as family members. 3. Folks who walk their dogs daily and/or who have land. Clem loves a good walk or romp. 4. A quieter low traffic home without many visitors. If you meet all above criteria, we welcome you to inquire or apply. To inquire, please email awoofovermyhead@gmail.com. Include "Clementine" in the subject line, and tell us a little about yourself and how Clem will fit into your life. Please leave your phone number so that we can reach out. To apply, please complete the following application via tablet or computer: https://forms.gle/unTRDHMqJ15aDJHE7 Non-cigarette smokers only, please. Thanks!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Clementine, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
