Meet Rio, THIS STUNNING BOY IS IN TROUBLE AND NEEDS A HERO TO SAVE HIS LIFE! Rio is about 6 months old and is such a stunning sweet boy and doesn’t deserve to sit here in this nasty smelly shelter where he’ll end up getting the shelter cold. Let’s get him out.
