Ernie

My story

This handsome boy is Ernie. He is a two-year-old blue heeler mix and weighs 30 lb. Ernie is very friendly, sweet and affectionate. He loves people and chasing toys. Typical of a cattle dog, he has a high drive and loves to be outdoors. Ernie is now learning to walk on a leash. He would do best with an owner with breed experience. Cattle dogs need plenty of space and someone who can spend time with them. Ernie is fine with other dogs and should be good with children. We don't know what Ernie thinks of cats but can cat-test him if needed. Ernie would love to be with someone that is active and can take him on lots of outdoor adventures. He will also enjoy chilling on the couch when it's quiet time at home. He is going to make someone a wonderful companion! Ernie is microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. He will be neutered before adoption. His adoption fee is $400.
