Sweet Cherry is a calm, affectionate girl with a quirky personality and a heart full of love. She’s fully housetrained, walks politely on leash, and adores being near her people—whether lounging inside or sunbathing outside. Cherry is a Velcro dog who thrives on companionship and will follow you around, but she’s also content to relax quietly when you’re busy. She’s best as the only pet in the home so she can soak up all the attention and affection she loves so much. —Best suited for: Either home type (single or two-story; may struggle with frequent stairs due to arthritis) —Training: Fully housetrained —Dog Interactions: needs slow introductions, she is cautious and unsure, but can relax over time —Cat interactions: wants to interact with the cat, sometimes too overexcited —Alone time: Relaxed after initial whining; not destructive —Leash manners: Walks politely on a loose leash —Energy level: Low (couch potato, enjoys lounging and light activity) —Personality: Affectionate, Gentle, Quirky, Patient, Quiet, Velcro dog —Favorite activities: Snuggling, exploring the yard, sunbathing —Fun facts: Pretends not to know her name when she’s enjoying outdoor time, has adorable food “opinions,” did well at the groomer, and might even know a little Spanglish!
