My story

Banjo is so stinkin' cute! His owner could no longer take care of him and his buddy Archie. They arrived to the shelter on 5/20. Archie has now been adopted. Banjo is 3 years old and weighs 27 pounds. He is a sweetheart and a little on the shy side. He is the perfect gentleman on a leash. He knows to sit when asked especially if you have a treat for him. He knows the feeling of having a home and wants to have that feeling again. Banjo has a lot of love to give to a new family. Ask for ID# 10134 Run 85. He will be neutered soon and micro-chipped upon adoption. He has tested negative for heart worms. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
