Rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation, she spent her early months in a crate, never knowing affection, fresh air, or the comfort of a loving home. But those days are behind her now—and this gentle girl is beginning to blossom. Palema is quiet and tender, the kind of pup who watches the world carefully, slowly learning to trust its kindness. She’s most at ease around other dogs and calm, respectful children, and she’s wonderfully gentle with cats too. Her favorite place is beside someone who makes her feel safe—soaking in the warmth of soft pets and kind words. Though still shy, Palema is making brave strides every day. With patience, love, and a peaceful environment, she’s going to grow into a loyal and affectionate companion. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t demand attention but melts into your heart once she feels at home.
