My story

Cinch is a middle-aged sweetheart who’s house-trained, affectionate, and ready to be your constant companion. Her foster family describes her as “a fantastic dog” who loves to cuddle, sleeps peacefully on a dog bed at night, and gently takes treats like a pro.She’s done great with every person she’s met, including kids and visitors, and hasn’t chewed a single thing that wasn’t a dog toy—even with stuffed animals around. Thunderstorms don’t faze her, and she enjoys lounging in her crate during the day.Cinch is still working on her leash skills and name recognition, but she’s food-motivated and eager to please. She’ll thrive in a home where someone is around often—she loves being close and may struggle with time alone. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly best friend who will adore you endlessly, Cinch is your girl!All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm.
