My story

Meet Courage, a sweet and sensitive 3-year-old Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his name. While he can be a little timid when faced with new things, Courage is incredibly food motivated and warms up quickly with gentle encouragement (and a few treats). He’s friendly, affectionate, and gets along well with other dogs—playful but always respectful of their space. This brave boy is also a great running buddy, making him the perfect companion for someone active and kindhearted. With a little patience and a lot of love, Courage will be your most loyal friend.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas.
