My story

Can you see the hope in El Tigre’s face? He’s wondering when his new family will come for him! El Tigre has the stripey pattern, but looks way more like a stuffed animal than a big cat. He’s still getting used to life in a noisy and crowded shelter, but is gaining confidence in play groups and making friends along the way. El Tigre is showing all the signs of becoming a loyal and loving companion. If you’re the kind of human who cheers for the underdog, you might be just the person he’s been hoping to meet.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!?To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
