My story

Sylvia, who is almost 4-year-old, is described by her foster mom as just the sweetest and docile girl. She is a big talker, will follow you from room to room, and will tell you what she needs, chirping back to you when you talk to her. She might be a little timid at first but once she feels comfortable she's an angel with a heart of gold! She is a very interactive player loving when you scoot things across the floor for her, and meowing for help if she can't find her toy. While not a kitty who loves to sit for a long time on your lap, she does love to be held and petted. She has lived with teenagers and a large dog and would love a home with other dogs or cats to play with. Silvia is a cream & grey, medium hair, lynx-point Siamese mix with the beautiful blue eyes of the breed. Silvia sometimes has a chronic runny eye which can be easily cleaned with a dampened cotton ball, tissue or wash cloth. She had a recent dental and had 7 teeth extracted – but she has no trouble eating her crunchies. She is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped. Her owner passed away and the house was sold, so Silvia needs a new, loving home. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.
