My story

Meet Fiji! Fiji recently came to us when his previous owners could no longer care for him and he's our resident cuddle bug extraordinaire! Despite being a young pup with lots of energy, one of Fiji's favorite things to do is cuddle! Whether you're standing up and giving him hugs or sitting down and he's curled up in your lap, he doesn't care as long as he can be attached to your side! Thankfully he'll be the cutest little barnacle around! When he's not getting cuddles, Fiji has been making lots of canine friends of all different ages and sizes and has done really well. He's also been working on his leash skills and he already knows sit! He's very food motivated and wants to please so training him will be a breeze. While he hasn't met any young kids yet, he has a wonderful temperament and has loved meeting new people so would make a great addition to any family! So if you're looking for a pup that will keep up on adventures and then snuggle you the rest of the day, Fiji is just the pup for you! If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
