My story

Meet Lilac, our stunning Lab/Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart as beautiful as her name. Lilacs story began in a high-kill shelter in Bakersfield, where she was abandoned and left to an uncertain fate. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan rescued her, and when others couldn't help them, we stepped in to make sure this special girl gets the future she deserves. Now fully vetted, Lilac is ready to find a forever home she can truly count on. She can be shy at first but when she warms up she is affectionate, and gets along well with other dogs. After being let down by people in the past, shes looking for a family who will offer her the love and stability shes always deserved.
